施工人员严禁酒后上班规定 | 2013-3-22 8:24:00

为确保每位职工的人身安全，保证工程安全生产，顺利施工，根据施工安全有关条例，项目部对施工人员严禁酒后上班特做以下规定：

１、严禁酒后上班。

２、班组长、班组安全员应对每个职工进行安全教育，发现酒后上班的职工责令停工，同时对其处以50元罚款，罚金上交项目部财务科。

３、项目部管理人员发现职工酒后上班现象应及时制止，对违反规定者责令其停工教育，并对当事职工、所在班组长、班组安全员处以100元罚款，罚金从工资款中扣除。

４、对管理人员，班组长、班组安全员有酒后上班现象，班组职工有权进行举报督促，对违反本规定者处以10－100元罚款，举报有功者奖励20元。

５、本规定自公布起严格执行，对违反规定不服从管理无理取闹者处以500－1000元罚款，情节严重者交公安机关处理。
